Like many of you, my journey to health and wellness was met with a lot of why’s, how’s and what if’s.

I know how it feels to do everything “right” and try every lifestyle trend out there to live a healthy, fulfilling life.

Many times, we ask ourselves…
“Why is the scale not moving?”
“Why am I not feeling good?”

Perhaps you have been to the doctor, taken tests and got the answer that nothing is wrong with you.

Maybe you have been aiming to achieve a happy weight — one that makes you confident and feel your best… But all you got was a classic “Eat less and exercise harder”.

Well, let me dedicate a moment of silence to our unheard battles.

I used to look for quick remedies — whether it was for my fluctuating energy levels, surging blood pressure, unstable mood or weight problem. But my “band-aid” solutions did not take me far.

Stress was a biggie for me, too. I was working a lot, always on the go. Being tired made me snack here and there and not choosing the best fuel for my body set me up in a vicious cycle!
I was given a pill to “feel better” but did not get any holistic talk to know what caused my feelings.

THAT was when I knew I had to look into things myself.

I felt the need to be an active contributor to my health — and I am SO happy I did.

And you know what? YOU CAN, TOO.

HOW MY MISSION STARTED

Driven to make a difference in women’s lives, I built my knowledge even further.

Functional medicine caught my interest and taught me the concept that

“My body is always talking to me — I just need to listen.”

OH, JUST HOW EVERYTHING MADE SENSE!

I learned that what I feed my gut impacts how my brain works; 
That stress can mess with my hormones; 
That not all “food” can NOURISH my body; 
And that I don’t have to run for hours on the treadmill to stay fit. 

And so, with my growing knowledge and experiences, I started my mission through my blog, My Menopause Journey. This platform has been giving many midlife ladies helpful guidance since 2014!

This humble space I dreamed of to give women educational tools and resources became something bigger: a community. It’s where research meets real-life tactics, where we share stories, and where every woman can find support, inspiration, and strength.

WHY I BELIEVE IN THE WONDERS OF FASTING

Fasting unlocked a lot of improvements in my health. It is a heaven-sent tool that upgraded my midlife course — from a battlefield of “surviving” to a great expanse of “thriving”!

In 2014, I started with the 5:2 protocol. Then, I learned about intermittent fasting, which gave me even MORE health perks. Recently, I educated myself about unique fasting stages and protocols. I got certified to become a Fasting Therapist!

My favorite thing about the protocols is they are super effective, especially for women. They were also designed in a way that considers your starting point. The principles I learned during my education were the final pieces to my puzzle!

Now, believe it or not, my blood pressure is more stable. I am back to my teenage weight. I feel more inner peace and calmness. My stress levels are more manageable. My energy levels are not fluctuating any longer. My gut is more balanced. And I found a natural way to detoxify and cleanse my body!

I don´t know where you are right now in your health journey, but here’s what I can impart:

To succeed, you have to start RIGHT.

And to start right, you need a ROADMAP to get you from where you are to where you want to be. Sure, we can find everything online today and do trials and errors…

I will cover how to balance blood sugar, the right order to eat for optimal results (yes, there IS a simple eating technique), the ideal exercise routine for healthy aging, how to look after your mental health and how to foster inner peace!
